Express deliveries are usually delivered USPS. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly by USPS.
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 25 days of receipt. The product must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached, all products must also have the original tags and hygienic protection sticker intact. Refunds will be made in the original payment method.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We’ll provide you with a tracking number, Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 25 days of receipt. Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways). Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
